Why are you offering doctors’ appointments if we can visit a clinic and register ourselves?

We aim to be the one place where patients can find the right doctor. Healthcare Consultancy and Management Services brings ease to the process where you can book the best quality appointments being at your home.  Our primary goal is to help you in making your visit happen with ease.

I booked an appointment through you with a doctor. Why was I made to wait in the clinic then?

This depends entirely on the Doctor/Clinic/Hospital – there are some establishments that run on strict schedules, while others use the appointment system to ensure a patient’s name is registered in their database, but the actual time of seeing a doctor depends on what happens on that day. We have no control over the same. Although, we assure you reputed and qualitative doctors and the schedules that we convey you are given by the doctors.

Do I have to show any special Appointment ID when visiting a clinic/hospital for my appointment?

There is always appointment numbers given by the doctors. With Healthcare Consultancy and Management Services you get a paid slip as assurance that you have successfully booked the appointment. Besides that, there is no special id that you need to carry to the doctor’s place. 

How can I know more about the doctor with whom I am booking the appointment?

Visit the doctor’s profiles at Healthcare Consultancy and Management Services. You can click on the name of the doctor to get a viewer access to their profile page and to know more details about the doctors.

Can I book an appointment with a doctor 24*7?

Yes. Our platform is live 24*7.

Do I get refunds if the appointment is cancelled by me?

No.

Do I get a refund if the appointment is cancelled by the doctor?

Yes. You can get a 50% refund of the amount you paid if you claim it within 48 hours.

How do I connect with the customer care team?

Click on “Contact Us” – Write down your concern – We will get back to you within 3 business days.

Do you have any hidden fees except for the booking charges?

No.

Do I have any hidden fees that I pay to the doctor?

You don’t have to give any hidden fees to the doctors after your meeting unless you are taking any extra service or purchasing any medical products or products in general.
